Part-Time bartender / On-Call Bartender

Scotty's Bierwerks is seeking a reliable, experienced, and hardworking Bartender to join our small team. This is a part-time / on-call position with approximately two shifts per week, plus opportunities for extra shifts during special events or high volume occasions.

What We Need:

• 21+ Only: Must be at least 21 years old to apply.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of bartending AND customer service experience.

• Availability: Must have open availability; shifts rotate and change weekly.

• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.

• Punctuality: Arrive 30 minutes before your shift for opening duties and any necessary stocking.

• Team Player: Work well with a small staff; no drama.

• Physical Stamina: Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-Starter: Proactive and efficient.

• Beer Knowledge: Solid understanding of beer is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating a welcoming environment at scotty's bierwerks

• responsibly serve beer and wine to persons 21+ up

• Performing all opening duties.

• Completing all closing and cleaning duties nightly (bar, tables, chairs, sweeping, mopping, bathroom restocking/sanitizing, trash removal, etc).
